XSelect HSS C18 SB—用于低PH条件下分离复杂的碱性和非碱性混合物。
XSelect HSS PFP—未经封端的硅胶基质五氟苯基色谱柱,专为低PH条件下分离而设计,比起常用的全封端C18固定相提供不同的选择性。
XSelect HSS CN—超高性能通用的丙基氰基键合相,提供*的峰形,增加保留,在低PH值条件下具有极长柱寿命。
方法开发人员通常使用选择性和保留度评价色谱方法。通过选择不同颗粒固定相的XSelect家族产品可在分析广泛的化合物时获得良好选择性和保留。XSelect HSS和CSH可为酸性、碱性和中性化合物提供很好的选择性。XSelect CSH苯基固定相通过π-π作用力提高了与平面芳香族化合物的相互作用。与氟苯基色谱柱相比,相比与那些次级的Lewis碱相互作用力而言XSelect CSH苯基色谱柱更多强调反相作用。XSelect HSS C18 SB设计用来改善低pH 流动相条件下极性碱性化合物的保留。 与常规C18相比,XSelect HSS T3色谱柱增强了对极性化合物的保留。
